Job summary

Affirm’s POS Analytics team seeks an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive growth strategy for partnerships, size opportunities, shape product and investment decisions, and measure impact with leadership support from Strategic Partnerships, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing.

You will combine problem-solving and analytics with a GM mindset, mentoring analysts and building scalable data workflows to deliver trusted insights and AI-enabled acceleration.

Qualifications

• GM mindset with strong product and credit risk judgement
• Ability to perform complex analyses and translate results into business recommendations
• Experience across risk and product with cross-functional influence
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• 6+ years in a cross-functional analytical role
• Advanced SQL and Python skills with experimental design

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a significant product or business area.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit performance, customer experience, and unit economics.
• Translate analytical findings into narratives and business cases for leadership.
• Tackle ambiguous problems by validating product-market fit and economic viability.
• Lead through influence across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows with governance.
