Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company redefining how people pay over time. The Analytics Lead, Full Stack, will own the analytics portfolio for a major product area, partnering with Strategic Partnerships, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing to size opportunities and measure impact.

You will build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-powered workflows, mentor analysts, and translate insights into clear business cases for leadership to drive growth, risk management, and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of cross-functional analytics with demonstrable impact on product, risk or business decisions.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills, including statistical analysis and experimental design.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics portfolio for a major product or business area and drive growth, risk, and profitability.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit performance, customer experience, and unit economics.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable narratives and business cases for leadership.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytical practices and tools.
