Job summary

Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack, to drive growth strategy with major platform partners. You will size opportunities, shape product and investment decisions, and measure impact alongside Partnerships, Product, Finance, Engineering, and Pricing teams.

Expect to build scalable analytics workflows, mentor analysts, and deliver rigorous data governance while operating in a remote-first environment across the U.S. and with international opportunities.

Qualifications

• General Manager mindset with product and credit risk judgment.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending, credit metrics, and risk vs growth.
• Ability to perform complex analyses and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• 6+ years in a cross-functional analytical role.
• Advanced SQL and Python, including A/B testing.
• Experience using AI tools like Cursor or Claude to accelerate analysis.
• Bachelor’s in a quantitative field; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize analytics portfolio across customer experience, growth, risk, and profitability.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit performance, and unit economics.
• Translate findings into narratives and business cases for leadership.
• Design actionable experiments to validate product-market fit and economic viability.
• Lead through influence across product, engineering, finance, and revenue.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows with governance.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytical practices and tools.
