Qualifications

• 6+ years in a cross-functional analytical role with impact on product, risk, or business decisions.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills with statistical analysis and experimental design.
• Experience with AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a significant product or business area, defining success and measuring impact.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit risk, customer experience, and unit economics.
• Translate insights into clear business cases and narratives for leadership decisions.
• Design actionable experiments to validate product-market fit and economic viability.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytical practices and tools.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows with strong governance.
