Affirm is seeking an Analytics Lead, Full Stack to drive growth strategies for platform partnerships. You will own analytics across customer experience, growth, risk, and profitability, and mentor analysts while collaborating with Strategy, Product, Finance, Engineering and Pricing teams.

The role emphasizes solving ambiguous problems, building scalable data models, and translating insights into actionable business decisions. Remote-first with periodic in-person onboarding is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced SQL and Python with statistical analysis and experimental design.
• Experience translating analyses into actionable business recommendations and influencing leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a significant product or business area.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit performance, and unit economics.
• Translate findings into clear narratives and business cases for leadership.
• Design and run experiments to validate product-market fit and economics.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows with governance.
