Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services for marketing-led brands. As Agency Account Manager you will own an established book of recurring clients, retain relationships, renewals, and drive expansion.

You will collaborate with strategists and delivery teams to ensure a single, clear voice for clients, while managing a quota through upsell opportunities across your book. This full-time, remote role offers base plus commission with a 50/50 split.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience in marketing, digital, creative or advertising.
• Track record of keeping clients and selling more work with measurable results.
• Comfort carrying a quota and meeting targets.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Retain across your book: manage relationships, renewals and early warning when drift occurs.
• Upsell and expansion: identify and sell the next project inside each client.
• Achieve a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Collaborate with strategists and delivery teams to present a single, unified voice to clients.
