Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web work for marketing-led brands. As Agency Account Manager you own an established book of recurring clients, keeping them happy, renewing contracts and growing accounts.

You will collaborate with strategists and delivery teams to present a single voice to clients, drive a seven-figure annual quota through retention and upsells, and report on performance with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience.
• A track record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Retain across your book: manage relationships, renewals, and early warning for drift.
• Upsell and expand: identify next project per client and close new work.
• Achieve a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
