Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services for marketing-led brands. As Agency Account Manager you own an established book of recurring clients and manage their ongoing success.

Our sales team wins new clients; you nurture relationships, drive renewals, upsells and growth. You will work with strategists and delivery teams to present one clear voice to clients while meeting a seven-figure annual quota.

Competenze

• Experience in agency account management, marketing or advertising.
• Proven track record of retaining clients and generating upsell revenue.
• Comfort managing a quota and communicating with senior stakeholders.

• Maintain retention across your book and ensure renewals.
• Identify and close upsells and expansion opportunities.
