Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote digital agency specializing in paid media, SEO, CRO, and web for marketing-led brands. As Agency Account Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients, with the sales team bringing in new clients while you grow the existing book.

Base plus commission, split 50/50, and a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells. You will work with strategists and delivery teams to ensure a single clear voice to clients.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience required.
• Proven ability to retain clients and upsell work.
• Comfort with carrying a quota and selling additional services.
