Blacksmith Agency LLC is a remote digital agency specializing in paid media, SEO, CRO and web. As Agency Account Manager you own an established book of recurring clients.

You will keep them, grow them, and ensure alignment with strategists and the delivery team. This full-time role offers remote work across the USA or Canada, a base salary with commission, and the opportunity to hit a seven-figure quota through retention and upsells.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience.
• Proven track record of retaining clients and selling additional work.
• Comfort carrying a sales quota and explaining value to stakeholders.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is a remote digital agency running paid media, SEO, CRO and web for marketing-led brands. As Agency Account Manager you own an established book of recurring agency clients. Our sales team wins new clients; you keep them and grow them.

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
