Qualifications

• Eight+ years of healthcare contracting or provider relations experience.
• Experience negotiating provider contracts and managing contract lifecycle.
• Strong financial modeling and data analytics skills.
• Ability to interpret complex legal and contractual language.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligned with financial objectives.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and closure.
• Maintain contract language and reimbursement terms with policy changes.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve contractual disputes.
• Assess network performance and identify opportunities for cost and quality improvements.
• Contribute to network recruitment and provider-facing marketing activities.
• Develop innovative contracting arrangements including ACO and value-based models.
• Perform cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to support priorities.
