Job summary

Jobgether, in collaboration with a partner, seeks a Strategic ACO Contract Manager based in the United States. This remote role leads complex contract negotiations with hospitals and physician groups, shaping value-based partnerships and risk-based agreements.

You will manage the full contract lifecycle, develop strategies, perform financial modeling, and collaborate across operations to ensure network adequacy and affordability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 8+ years in healthcare contracting/Provider relations/health plan operations

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts
• Oversee contracts from initiation to renewal and closure
• Maintain contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms
• Build and maintain relationships with providers and senior contracting leaders
• Resolve provider concerns and manage disputes
• Evaluate network performance for cost efficiency and quality
• Contribute to provider recruitment and network adequacy initiatives
• Develop and negotiate value-based contracting arrangements (ACO)
• Analyze complex financial arrangements and operational implications
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align with business priorities
