Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a strategic ACO Contract Manager in the United States to lead complex provider contracts and bolster value-based partnerships. This remote role focuses on negotiations, lifecycle management, and performance oversight with hospitals and physician groups nationwide.

The role requires eight-plus years in healthcare contracting, strong financial acumen, and proven ability to implement ACO and risk-based models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum eight years in healthcare contracting or provider relations.
• Proven ability to negotiate healthcare contracts and value-based models.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement structures, financial models, and data analytics.
• Experience with ACO arrangements and risk-based contracting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligned with financial objectives.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and amendments.
• Maintain contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and senior representatives.
• Address disputes and facilitate effective, long-term solutions.
• Evaluate network performance and identify cost and quality improvement opportunities.
• Support network development, recruitment, and provider-facing marketing.
• Develop and negotiate value-based contracting arrangements to improve outcomes and financial performance.
• Analyze complex financial arrangements and operational implications for viable contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align contracts with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
