Job summary

Jobgether, listed on behalf of its partner, seeks an experienced Strategic ACO Contract Manager in the United States. You will lead complex contract negotiations, oversee the full lifecycle, and build provider relationships across hospitals and physician groups, driving value-based models and financial performance.

You will work remotely with eligibility in designated states, manage timelines and renewals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contracts with organizational goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least eight years of healthcare contracting/ provider relations experience.
• Experience with value-based contracting and ACO arrangements.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and data analytics.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Legal/contract interpretation ability and risk understanding.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts aligned with financial objectives.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and closure.
• Maintain contract language, fee schedules and reimbursement terms.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare providers and executives.
• Address disputes and facilitate resolutions to support partnerships.
• Assess network performance and identify cost and quality improvements.
• Develop ACO and value-based contracting strategies to improve outcomes.
• Analyze complex financial and risk-based arrangements to identify viable solutions.
