Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Strategic ACO Contract Manager based in the United States to lead complex provider contract negotiations and manage relationships with hospitals, physician groups, and other providers. You will develop contracting strategies balancing financial performance, quality outcomes, network adequacy, and affordability while overseeing the full contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least eight years of related work experience in healthcare contracting, provider relations, or health plan operations.
• Strong understanding of provider contracting strategies, risk-based agreements, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts in line with financial objectives and reimbursement guidelines.
• Oversee contracts through initiation, negotiation, execution, renewal, amendment, and closure.
• Maintain contract language, fee schedules, and reimbursement terms with evolving medical policies.
• Address provider concerns and facilitate effective resolutions to support long-term partnerships.
• Evaluate provider performance and network adequacy to identify cost and quality improvements.
• Develop innovative contracting arrangements, including ACO and value-based models, to balance quality and financial outcomes.
