Xplor Group is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, allowing you to control your time and earnings.

Responsibilities include prospecting, educating owners on cost savings, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. Remote work is supported with full training and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Ability to articulate value of payment processing solutions.
• Proven self-motivation with hunter mentality.
• Experience in B2B sales or merchant services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
