Job summary

Xplor Group is seeking anAccount Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This role offers a fully remote position across the United States, with a commission-only residual income model and activation bonuses.

You will engage local businesses, educate owners on cost savings, and close deals while enjoying flexible hours and ongoing mentorship. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B outside sales or merchant services, a hunter mindset, and a strong ability to translate complex payment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
