Job summary

Xplor Group is seeking an Account Executive for its Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers freedom, high income potential, and residual income, with comprehensive training and ongoing support.

You will visit local businesses, educate owners on savings and streamlined transactions, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions, plus long-term residuals. Remote work is allowed within the US; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
