We’re seeking a Sr. Marketing Co‑ordinator to drive Slack Invoice Marketing program delivery across Slack’s highest priority operating units in the Americas. The candidate we’re looking for will be highly analytical, able to hit the ground running with lots of energy, passion for flawless customer experiences, and an excellent collaborator. This role sits at the intersection of Slack’s Go‑to‑Market Centre of Excellence, Slack’s executive leadership team and Salesforce’s Executive Marketing team. You’ll have direct exposure to C‑suite executives working on the most strategic accounts and events that drive Slack’s revenue growth.
This role is critical to supporting our aggressive growth plans for Slack through seamless integration into Salesforce’s executive customer events as well as delivering Slack‑led customer events. You will drive new pipeline by ensuring that Slack’s executive‑relevant value proposition is prominently featured at Dreamforce, in World Tours, Innovation Days, and TDX events as well as project manage these complex multi‑day events within our team. You’ll also accelerate our large deal pipeline by supporting the Slack executive marketing team in running Slack executive marketing events for our most strategic customers. As part of this team, you’ll be operating at the highest levels—shaping executive programming, influencing major events like Dreamforce and World Tours, and directly impacting large‑deal pipeline for one of the world’s most beloved workplace collaboration platforms. You’ll work alongside Slack’s executive leadership team and collaborate across the entire Salesforce ecosystem, giving you visibility and influence that’s rare for this level. This role can be based in various U.S. cities and reports to the Sr. Director of Executive Marketing of Slack Global Invoice Growth team. This role requires an estimated 25% travel within U.S. markets to support Slack’s growth initiatives, attend strategic events, and collaborate with regional teams. This includes onsite participation in select World Tours, Industry Cloud Summits, Slack Innovation Summits and other key events across Slack’s priority executive events.
