Job summary

Xplor Group is seeking an Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers control over your time and income, with residual monthly pay and activation bonuses, and fully remote work options available across the U.S.

You’ll educate merchants on payment processing, close deals, and leverage mentorship and weekly bonuses while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits suite when active.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
