Zusammenfassung

Copeland is seeking a strategic Account Executive to join our North America Sales Team. This fully remote role supports customers across the Western U.S.

and requires up to 24 nights of travel to the Milwaukee factory each year. You will lead opportunities from identification through execution, partnering with engineering, lifecycle services, and product management to deliver refrigeration and heating solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Experience with Ammonia refrigeration is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field.
• Equivalent experience in engineering role may be considered.
• Ability to understand financial calculations and commercial concepts to negotiate and close opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet sales and gross margin objectives.
• Realize sales and margin targets for Vilter in territory.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants and end-users.
• Travel up to 100 nights per year to key stakeholders and events.
• Own sales process from enquiry to purchase order closure; provide aftersales support as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date forecasts, project details, and competitor notes in Salesforce.
• Present projects and participate in Opportunity Review Board meetings.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure strong performance and customer experience.
• Educate customers on new technologies and industry trends with Sales, Marketing, Lifecycle Services, and Product Management.
• Adhere to ethical standards and company policies.
