Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Account Executive for a fully remote US sales role focused on industrial refrigeration and heat pump solutions. You will lead opportunities from enquiry to closure, travel extensively to engage stakeholders, and manage forecasts in Salesforce CRM.

The role requires 5+ years in account management, an engineering degree, and strong negotiation and communication skills. California market connections are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Equivalent experience in engineering role may be considered.
• Ability to communicate technically and commercially with all levels of the organization.
• Established relationships in the California market; located on the West Coast.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Realize sales and margin targets for refrigeration and heat pump packages in territory.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users.
• Travel up to 100 nights per year to visit key stakeholders.
• Maintain up-to-date forecasts and project details in Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Lifecycle Services, and Product Management.
