Job summary
Copeland is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive new opportunities within the North America region. This fully remote role requires strong relationship-building with end users, contractors, and consulting engineers, plus travel to the Milwaukee factory.
The position offers a competitive base salary with bonus potential and is supported by a robust sales platform and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years account management in industrial refrigeration equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field.
- Knowledgeable in contract negotiations.
- Ability to communicate technically and commercially with all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet defined sales and gross margin objectives.
- Realize sales and margin targets for Vilter refrigeration and heat pump compression packages in territory.
- Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users to encourage a preference for Vilter products and services.
- Travel up to 100 nights per year, maintain up-to-date forecasts and project details in Salesforce.
- Lead opportunities from enquiry to closure and provide aftersales support as needed.
