Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Account Executive to drive North America sales of Vilter refrigeration and heating solutions. You will build strategic account plans, cultivate relationships with end users, contractors, and engineers, and deliver long‑term value through technical and commercial excellence.

This fully remote role requires residence on the West Coast or nearby and involves travel to Milwaukee up to 24 nights per year.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
Experience with Ammonia refrigeration is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field is required.
Equivalent experience in engineering role may be considered.
Strong negotiation and financial acumen.
Ability to communicate technically and commercially at all levels.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet sales and gross margin objectives.
Realize sales and margin targets for refrigeration and heat pump packages in territory.
Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants and end-users.
Travel as needed, up to 100 nights per year.
Maintain forecasts and project details.
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Lifecycle Services, and Product Management.
