Job summary

Copeland is a global climate technologies company seeking an Account Executive to drive new project opportunities in industrial refrigeration and heating solutions. This fully remote role requires strong account management and up to 24 nights of travel annually to the Milwaukee factory.

You will work with North America Sales, end users, contractors and engineers to expand the installed base, manage opportunities from enquiry to closure, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
Experience with Ammonia refrigeration preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Ability to negotiate and close opportunities.
Strong communication with technical and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet defined sales and gross margin objectives.
Realize sales and margin targets for Vilter refrigeration and heat pump packaging in territory.
Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants and end-users.
Travel up to 100 nights per year to advance opportunities and visits.
Maintain forecasts, project details, and competitor notes in Salesforce.
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Lifecycle Services and Product Management.
