Copeland is seeking a high-performing Account Executive for a fully remote role in North America. You will cultivate relationships with end users, contractors, consultants, and engineers to drive opportunities across refrigeration and heating solutions.

Remote work is supported with travel to Milwaukee up to 24 nights annually, and a base compensation aligned with market norms plus bonus opportunities. qualification details include a minimum of 5 years account management experience in industrial

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field.
• Ability to communicate technically and commercially with all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of contract negotiations.
• Willingness to travel up to 100 nights per year.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Account Sales Plans to meet or exceed defined sales and gross margin targets.
• Build and grow relationships with contractors, consultants, and end-users to drive preference for Copeland products and services.
• Travel up to 100 nights per year to support customers and opportunities.
• Manage opportunities from enquiry to closure of purchase orders and provide aftersales support as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date forecasts, project details, and competitor notes in Salesforce.
