Job summary

Xplor is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earnings and residual income, with flexible scheduling and the autonomy to manage your own book of business.

Responsibilities include going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating owners on savings, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses plus monthly commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
