Job summary

Xplor is seeking an Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, offering the flexibility to work remotely across the United States.

You will visit local businesses, educate owners on payment processing savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions while receiving training and mentorship. If you are a self-motivated communicator with a hunter mentality and at least 2 years of B2B outside sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing.
• Educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions.
• Work independently with full support and training.
