Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking an ambitious Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the United States. This 100% commission-based role offers the potential for high earnings through activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
