Job summary

Xplor Education is seeking an Account Executive for Xplor Pay Direct Sales to drive payment processing solutions. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, offering flexibility and control over time and earnings.

You will be engaging with local businesses and managing a portfolio, with training and mentorship provided to help you succeed in a dynamic, commission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with core values and demonstrate good character.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
