Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payments space. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, residual income, and flexible scheduling, ideal for ambitious self-starters who want control of their time and income.

You will visit local businesses, educate owners on savings and streamlined transactions, close deals, and leverage training and mentorship to build a lucrative portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate concepts into value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Aligned with company values and a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer processing solutions.
