Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, ideal for those who want control over their time and earnings. Location is fully remote with rights to work in the U.S.

and field region coverage. You’ll educate business owners on payment processing, close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions, and receive training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
