Job summary

Xplor is seeking a self-driven Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income and flexible schedule, ideal for those who want control of time and earnings.

You'll visit local businesses, educate owners on saving money and streamlining transactions, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions. Full training and support provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
