Job summary

Xplor is seeking an Account Executive for our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This role focuses on door-to-door and local business engagement to promote payment processing solutions and demonstrate value in reducing costs and accelerating transactions.

You’ll work independently with full support, enjoy a flexible commission-based path, and build a portfolio of active accounts with residual income, weekly activation bonuses, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Two plus years B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
