Job summary

Xplor is seeking a self-motivated Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers unlimited income potential, activation bonuses, monthly residuals, and a flexible schedule.

You will educate businesses on payment processing to help them save money and streamline transactions. You’ll work with a supportive team, receive training, and have opportunities to earn rewards through a Presidents Club Incentive and annual conference while enjoying health

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
