Xplor Technologies is seeking an Account Executive for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income and flexible scheduling, with uncapped earnings potential and ongoing training.

You will engage local businesses, educate on payment processing savings, close deals, and build a portfolio across regions. This role emphasizes independence with strong support and mentorship.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills; translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.
