Tutored by Teachers is expanding its national sales presence to bring virtual tutoring services to more schools, districts, and charter networks. As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, build a robust pipeline, and craft strategic plans to exceed targets while partnering with administrators to address student needs and teacher support.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience at the school or district level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with school administrators.
• Desire to learn and grow in sales and education tech.
• Ability to pivot and adapt in a startup environment.
• 3+ years of proven sales success, ideally in edtech or service sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field.
• Experience working remotely or in a virtual sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract close.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of district opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit targets.
• Consult with administrators to align TbT services with needs.
• Deliver product demos to key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for onboarding and implementation.
• Stay current on market trends and competitor activity.
