Job summary

Tutored by Teachers (TbT) is expanding its sales team to bring its virtual tutoring programs to schools, districts, and charter networks nationwide. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, build a strong pipeline, and partner with administrators to tailor solutions that improve student outcomes.

We value candidates with prior school-level administration exposure, strong communication, and 3+ years in education or service sales.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school or district administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with district leaders.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment.
• Proven sales experience in education or service-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing contracts.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of district opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets.
• Consult with school admins to tailor solutions for student outcomes.
• Present and demonstrate TbT services to key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success for onboarding and implementation.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
