Xplor Education is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers uncapped earnings, activation bonuses, and monthly residuals, with the flexibility to work remotely within the United States.

You will prospect, present payment solutions, and close deals with local businesses. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B outside sales, experience in merchant services or payment processing, and a hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through a combination of prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.
