Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers residual income, activation bonuses, and ongoing training to help you control your earnings and schedule.

Location is fully remote within the United States, with eligibility to be in the field of your team region. Compensation includes uncapped commissions and potential for $100K+ annually for top performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred)
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals
• Work independently with full support and training
