Job summary

Xplor Technologies' Xplor Pay Direct Sales team is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for a 100% commission-based role in the payments industry. You can work fully remote with eligible working rights and be in the field of your team region.

Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on savings, close deals to earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Aligns with core values and is a good human.
