Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals for the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based role with residual income, offering freedom to manage your time and income in a fully remote capacity across the United States.

You’ll go to local businesses, explain secure payment processing, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions. Training, mentorship, and a Presidents Club incentive are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate technical payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
