Job summary

Xplor Technologies invites you to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team, a 100% commission-based role with residual income. You will reach out to local businesses, educate them on payment processing benefits, and close deals to earn activation bonuses and ongoing commissions.

The position offers flexibility, training, and a performance-driven path, with benefits and travel support. You can work fully remote within eligible working rights, with a focus on field coverage across your region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
