Job summary

Xplor Technologies invites motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, designed for those who want control over time and earnings.

You’ll go to businesses to present payment solutions, educate owners on savings, and close deals to earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals. Remote work is supported with regional field presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven lead-generation through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions with residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
