Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based opportunity offers uncapped earnings, residual income, and the freedom to control your schedule while representing payment processing solutions to local businesses.

You’ll originate and close deals, educate business owners on savings, and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions. Remote work is allowed, with full training provided and a path to long-term success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Self-sourcing leads through prospecting and networking with hunter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full training and support.
