Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers freedom to control your time and income, with activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals.

You will go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on savings, close deals, and build a portfolio with ongoing support and training from the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Aligned with core values and a good human.

Responsibilities
