Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based role offers unlimited income potential, residuals, and flexible scheduling.

You will educate business owners on payment processing, close deals, and build a portfolio with ongoing support and training. You can work fully remote in this position, with eligibility and regional considerations for field coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions + long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
