Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join our Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, offering freedom over your time and income across the United States.

You will visit local businesses or operate remotely to present payment processing solutions, educate owners on cost savings, and close deals for ongoing commissions and activation bonuses. Flexible schedule and comprehensive training are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred).
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing sales is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
