Xplor Pay Direct Sales is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our 100% commission-based team. You’ll engage local businesses with payment processing solutions, working remotely and managing your own schedule.

You can earn activation bonuses, monthly commissions, and long-term residuals as you build a portfolio. We value go-getters who communicate well face-to-face, source their own leads, and align with our core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing preferred.
• Strong consultative selling with ability to translate concepts into value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling and networking.
• Align with core values and maintain a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonus and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
