Job summary

Xplor Pay Direct Sales is hiring motivated, self-driven sales professionals for a 100% commission-based role within the payment solutions industry. You can work fully remote with autonomy and a strong earning potential.

Responsibilities include going door-to-door or visiting local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educating owners on cost savings, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate concepts into business value.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling and networking.
• Aligned with core values and acts with integrity.

Responsibilities
